The Just Listed Postcard will compel them to contact YOU if they want to buy it, know someone that wants to live in the neighbourhood, or sell their home as well with the help of your expertise!

Details:

• Includes print-ready file and your first 100 postcard mailers printed
• All of your postcards will be bundled, boxed, labelled, and delivered to Canada Post!
• Additional copies available at great rates (see below)
• Does not include postal walk fees.

All you need to do is approve the design proof and if you are doing a mailwalk you would order it online via Canada Post (or your brokerage link). The mail walk is a highly recommended alternative to door knocking or hand deliveries as it scales your reach using someone else's resources & time. You just send us the PDF from Canada Post and we take care of the rest!

Considering how valuable your time is, you should never have to pick up or drop off mailers or manage the process! If you haven't done a mail walk before, don't worry, we've created simple step-by-step videos that walk you through the process and remove as much confusion as possible.

We offer 1/2 page and 1/3 page options. Pricing for additional double-sided full-colour copies are:
